COVID Testing and Vaccines

Fox Home Health has partnered with the Sonoma County Department of Public Health to provide vaccinations to anyone needing one without an appointment on a walk-in basis.
To schedule a vaccination appointment, go to myturn.ca.gov.

Fox Home Health also administers COVID Vaccines to homebound seniors and their caregivers — at home.

are being sent via text message and email only. Please be prepared to provide a current cell number and active email at the testing walk up; upon receiving your results you will be able to request and encrypted email with your result but please allow 24 hours for results to be sent.
