Neley is from Buffalo, NY.  She was raised by several generations of women in her family and lived all over the country while working as a court reporter for over 20 years.  She was exposed to caregiving when she unexpectedly became the sole caregiver for her grandmother with dementia.

Neley has worked for Fox Home Health as Client Resource Representative since December 2022.
